Heed: (verb) To pay careful attention to; to take notice or consider thoughtfully.
Hello, I'm Haylee.
Welcome to Heed Psychology.
I am an endorsed educational and developmental psychologist working in clinical practice, with a particular passion for attachment and relationships.
My training provides a strong foundation in understanding how individuals grow and change across the lifespan, from infancy through to older adulthood. I hold a Master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology and have completed my registrar program in this area. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples.
I am a gentle and intuitive therapist, committed to creating a safe and reflective space for my clients. I aim to foster an environment where people feel supported to move toward a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
My approach is warm and conversational, often incorporating humour, while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice. Through this balance, I support clients to explore challenges and create lasting change.
